What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, Instagram handle (optional), and certification status when you request the blueprint. If you book a call or buy, we also collect your phone number and order details.
• Information collected automatically: basic analytics such as pages visited and actions taken on the site, through our analytics provider. This helps us understand what's working and improve the experience.

How we use it

• To send you the Stylist Profit Blueprint and related emails about our hair, pricing, and offers.
• To let you book a clarity call and to send call reminders.
• To process an order and support you as a customer.
• To measure and improve our marketing and website.

We send marketing emails based on your consent, which you give when you request the blueprint. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this business, under agreements that limit them to that purpose:

• HighLevel — contact management (CRM), tags, and text messages
• Resend — sending our emails
• Supabase — secure database storage
• PostHog — website analytics
• Cal.com — call scheduling
• Square — payment processing

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, or by replying to any email and asking us to stop.
• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Opt out of having your information used for marketing.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area / UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to request a copy of your data, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're an active contact or customer, and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, unless we're required to keep some of it.

Our site uses analytics that may set cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

This site and our offers are for licensed and aspiring beauty professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
